The 8-inch Bamboo Sushi Rice Paddle makes mixing rice vinegar into the rice easy, while the 7.5-inch Bamboo Rice Spreader helps spread the rice evenly on the mat without getting your hands sticky. Additionally, we've included a new compartment sauce dish that can hold up to two packets or two tablespoons of your chosen sauce.
